Sophus Limited v. John Does

Motion requesting limited, expedited discovery for the sole purpose of identifying the John Doe defendants. Plaintiff argues that the defendants concealed their identities through anonymized infrastructure and that early discovery directed to third-party registrars, hosting providers, and ISPs is necessary to effect service and proceed with the case. Relief sought is narrowly tailored discovery prior to a Rule 26(f) conference.
