About The Report

cAPTure-to-Kill APT: Mapping, Attributing, and Containing an Evolving Threat is a September 2026 Cyber-N.E.T. Forensics threat assessment examining an advanced threat model directed at trusted legal, professional, cloud, communications, identity, and adjudicative control planes.

The report builds on the October 22, 2025 CNF Integrated Expert Report and tests earlier findings against later technical, governmental, judicial, vendor, and forensic evidence. It examines persistence across endpoints, credentials, cloud services, DNS, authenticated communications, synthetic identities, restricted-access portals, federal court systems, and successor infrastructure.

The assessment applies a four-layer proof model and distinguishes mechanism evidence from exact actor attribution. Its source architecture includes 98 external cybersecurity records, together with prior expert reports, court materials, sworn declarations, portal records, DNS and MX data, email metadata, endpoint artifacts, and event-specific technical matrices
